In 'Vanguard: Saga of Heroes', crafting and adventuring are distinctly separate activities, unlike in previous games where, as an adventurer, one could collect resources over the course of their travels and, once back in a safe area, process those resources into crafted items. What led to this decision?

The desire is to make crafting just as robust as adventuring. All things considered I think that we are headed in the right direction. This is just one of the decisions that were made in order to support this theory. But like the scientific process, we must next test our theory and see what, if anything, needs to be changed.
Ausschnitt zu "Zweiter Markt"
In a recent IGE interview, it has been stated that they were actively seeking to make contact with big developers. In addition, that they were very interested in working under normal business terms. Have they attempted to make contact with Sigil Games, if so, how did that conversation go?

Cindy: Actually, yes. Someone from IGE arranged to meet with me last year. He did indeed discuss with me their desire to work with us. He presented to me what he thought were the advantages of working together and talked about taxing their sales of our items so we would profit from the sales as well.

I was very clear with him that we will not work with them to any degree and that we strongly oppose what they do. I explained to him that our issue was not just the money but with the damage they do to the integrity of the game.
