Don't have an ETA on it, but I imagine it's soon:

- Tursh, Rindol Field, Bordinar's newbie lines made a bit easier to play.
- Civic parleys now give more consistent information (not 2 tiers worth)
- drop rate increased on high in-tier Evidence (40% higher than before)
- Diplomacy necklaces now fit in valises/hold-alls
- Land items now fit in Diplomacy bags.
- Bartender parleys should be more logical.
- Cut Down the Ra'Jin fixed!
