As some of you know, I took a short vacation, and those Update 2 notes must have been compiled when I was gone. I'm positive there is more going into Update 2 than is listed - for instance, I confirmed a number of bug fixes that were done after Tier 4 clothing was completed, for instance, and we've received no significant bugs from QA about them. What that means is I don't see any reason Tier 4 clothing isn't going in.
