Better = in a seamless world, not in rails, and being able to fly them almost *anywhere* you want (save some areas the designers specifically don't permit them into gameplay reasons; e.g. the vast minority). Better = all sorts of mounts, from ground based horses, to hell hounds, to unicorns, to just about any four legged animal. Better = ocean hugging small boats to huge galleons that can cross the ocean with 20 of your friends on it, all the while you piloting it. Better = a variety of flying mounts, from drakes, to minor dragons, to griffons, being flyable up to more than a km in the sky, flying through volumetric clouds. Better = storing items on vehicles, and also equipping them to persistently change their stats and appearances (magic horseshoes, saddlebags, etc.)

And then as for the future, combat on a horse, cannons from a ship, swooping down on your enemy from a flying mount, as well as 2km x 2km regions being stacked vertically (not just horizontally as they are now), creating vast regions under the world as well as above it -- cities in the sky, different planes of existence, non-euclidean space, etc.

What does WoW or DAoC have now or are they even planning in the future that comes close to what we plan to ship with, much less our post-launch plans?
