Silius/Jansan: Is 500 skins not enough? How many mobs should we expect to skin before seeing an ultra rare. If 500 isn't a large enough sample or I should try another chunk I would be happy to go skin more.

It seems as though the fixes you've done are either not on test, or not working as intended.

The data my still be on our internal QA server will have to confirm when I get the chance. Best bet is to wait until you see test server notes with the line item in it.
