I don't think Tanvu will ever become the 'capitol' in name, but in function, it is easier to handle than the other two places.
Then again, I'm expecting a new land mass will appear in Kojani space, at some point, so who knows where the bets will be, then.

What a coincidence that Tanvu has ten noble houses.
