The main thrust of this is a set of special rewards you can buy with "House Coin" which you acquire by trading in House Prestige faction at an exchange rate of 100 faction for 1 coin. You can buy House-specific titles, special House-themed clothing, a House card, and a title of minor nobility that allows you to "own land" (note: this land is abstracted) and apportion taxes on it... oh, and a larger valise.
