Maybe along with the restriction system? (Which prevents a T2 diplomat from wearing a T4 item, for example.)
By the way, it is really a strange thing to have to put an item on the broker to know its level, as this information is tied to the item but not shown on the item window.

I can't talk too much about that yet, but yes, an item now says "Diplomacy Level 25 Required" in our test items.
