Same deal, basically, but it's also a rare item so got a slight boost with the item power changes like other rares did

Actual crit rate will be determined by your total crit rating and the level of the NPC that you're attacking. Compute your total crit rating, check the chart and divide the total rating by the corresponding number on the chart. And yea, I realize that that is a very poor way of displaying it atm; would love to get a general mouseover for NPCs that'd show your offensive and defensive capabilities.
