It creeps me out when we make a decision and then see it discussed on these forums. :P

Tier 4 and 5 items are being moved to require 250 and 350 skill respectively in the next patch.

Tier 3 items will be moved at a future date to a skill requirement (150) as well.

I will try to give at least a full patch cycle warning before we make the tier 3 change, since that is a real change to a number of Diplomats (there aren't many tier 4/5 items out there, so this is a minor impact).
