My apologies that the patchnote was misleading, but currently only the bartenders on Qalia (Ahgram, Khal, Lomshir, and Darkhorse Downs) are currently turned on. The others were turned on after the patch hit, so they will be in the next update, but for now, they are only on Qalia.
