Atramentous Mosquito Wing Cloak is what im talking about. Does it make sense to have this dissapear after the charges are gone? I spent a good amount of money on this only to see it poof, and I was left quite pissed off. I'm curious if this is just a bug, or if it is intended that way. I sent in a petition, but still havn't received an answer, but I'm pretty sure I will just get the normal "Sorry we cannot reimburse items at this time, thanks for playing vanguard!" reply.
