You know, KNOWING the percentages makes it kinda more funny for me then when it was voodoo.

I'm doing a general raise of bauble drop rates at all tiers. This raise is small, but I think necessary - ideally, these are rare-ish items and we want to keep them rare-ish, but their uses are going to continue to expand in new and interesting ways in the coming months and we want you to have access to them.

Unlike in a harvested rare, in which it's "fine" for a casual harvester to not ever see one, we can't have this happen for baubles.

So it's kind of more uncommon than uncommon, but more common than rare. I dub it a rarcommone.
