Several of the enhancements provided via the Focusing Powders (Tier 3) were overly expensive and were causing excessive problems. These were removed from the loot tables so that no more were entering the world while we revamped our item point system to better account for certain enhancements. Once the new items point system is deployed, we will re-evaluate those mods and determine if the focusing powders should be re-added to the loot tables.
