I think the bauble counts are still a little screwy though. The other day I got baubles for a T3 evidence of arcana and only got 2 baubles. For rumors I usually get 3 baubles. I thought for evidence it was supposed to be 4.

You get a random number. At tier 3 evidence, it should be 2-4, whereas for tier 3 rumor it's 1-3.

I'm going to take another look at the percentage drops and do some calculation of where we want you to be. As with many drop tweaks in any MMO, the pendulum may have swung a bit far the other way.
