I've just went through and checked every shoulder item in Diplomacy, in a few different ways. They all list as shoulder, wear as shoulder, and have a shoulder-appropriate icon. I'm baffled at this point.

Please try unequiping any shoulder items that look like a belt, log out, log in, and see if that corrects them.

I'll only need one or two screenshots to investigate, so no need to get ubar-ambitious with it.
