I won't say more than this, but there are actually loot tables with 'targeted' vial drops. These will be increased substantially, and the random dropping NPCs will be left the same. There is some method to the madness, and I will leave that to you guys to figure out. But the vials drop rate will be increased, and it will be in a way that allows for increased targeted farming of specific vials.
