The spell I use is disciples' 1.5 second heal, and I've tried the jin heal too, no effect either.


Yea, I'd call it, get near it and have it buff me, whereupon I'd get the buff and corresponding icon. After that, heals increased. I will test it later today with a Disciple after I get some sleep
