When can we expect an ETA on these two quest getting fixed.

There is one for Achatlan regarding the quest for getting the Spider Venom Glands as well, at least for my character there seems to be and a few others I am aware of but not everyone.

Also, why haven't I heard anything about my characters inability to even get started on the Diplomacy aspect of the game. It was going fine up until the tutorial and now nothing. There is no option showing up for me regarding "Parley 1" and "Parley 2" in the tutorial. I have bugged it and petitioned it and still not heard a word back form anyone at Sigil on this issue.

So what gives? Do you guys read our petitions and our bug reports?



We do, but we need descriptive information from the players as well to be able to do anything with a bug report.

Many bug reports are a long the lines of:

"Fix this" or "I think this thing is broken in that place with the castle!"

The unfortunate thing is that there is a high volume of bug reports and so it may take longer to regress and find actual bugs from falsely or incorrectly reported ones.

Here's exactly what we need from a bug report:

What specifically is the issue?
Where specifically is this issue? (you can type /loc to give us exact coordinates i.e. Three Rivers -1048, 1034, -1005)
What NPC's/Item's/Quests/etc. are involved in this bug?

If you can reproduce the bug please list the exact steps you can take to reproduce it.

Correctly reporting a bug is the most helpful thing you can do to assist us in the bug squashing process.
