Those guys were, for all intents and purposes, 4-dot NPCs; ie, they were just a hair on the 3-dot side of the 3-dot/4-dot boundary. They now should show up as 4-dots

Additionally, they were hitting that same undergeared lvl 44 warrior for about 70-80% less than the aforementioned 4-dots.
