The first. It increases your heal spells. So as a healer, you want lots of +vit, and the tank doesn't need to get it, to still get healed for large amounts.

Personally, I find the run speed bonus interesting too. It's fairly small, but remember the old story that ends with two people being chased by something... They don't have to run faster than it, one just needs to run faster than the other.... *grins*
