I seem to recall reading a post from someone at Sigil that said that the NDA would almost certainly be lifted for Beta 4. maybe it was on Ten Ton Hammers or Silky Venom. I haven't seen any news from Sigil recently in support of that. Maybe they're just giving some of the current beta testers some time in Beta 4 before they make any sort of official announcement.

They probably said beta 5. Beta 4 (which has indeed started) still has the NDA.

New invites have started going out today as well.
