Glip posted on a couple of the other threads regarding Euro release and pre-order packs. Cant remember exaclty what he said, but Sigil/SOE are talking with Koch Media (Euro distributor for vanguard) over pre-order packs, and about offering the same deal that the US are getting.

Unfortunantly, I think he mentioned January as a possible date Euro players would recieve their pre-order pack.
