Server Maintenance - All Servers 10/27/09

Greetings!<br><br>We will be bringing all North American Servers
offline on October 27, starting at 9:00 AM EDT. This maintenance will include the following changes/fixes:<br><br><ul><li>Victory Point population balance fixes to allow for proper city capture.</li><li>Daemon Moon Rising fixes relating to the Public Quest and credit for player kills while wearing a mask.<br></li></ul><br>At this time we
