Some was scrapped, but most was moved to Antonica, Faydwer, or Odus. Sometimes we had to change textures and population, of course, but it worked out well and we got more dungeons and adventure areas on the three continents, making them more dense in content.

Conversely, some dungeons that were made early on never made it into release (usually because they were never totally finished or they were so complex, the computers at the time couldn't calculate the pathing and visibility (not enough RAM and CPU)). One example was Crystal Caverns -- that was originally Permafrost but got too complex. Later, we retouched it a bit and then used it in an expansion because computers were fast enough by then to handle the complexity of the dungeon's geometry and layout.
