There will be some level of voice acting in the game. We will not however, have lengthy VO for quests. There are simply too many quests, with too many different races in our world. With 19 races, and both genders, we already have over 10000 lines of VO just for player character emotes, socials, grunts, groans, etc. We will have fully customized VO for all of diplomacy, and there will be VO for merchants, trainers, quest givers, and some general ambience. I also have plans for VO on high profile NPCS, (Kings, Chieftans,etc), and boss encounters. Time will dictate if and when that will happen.
