Not sure if it's been mentioned, but the Afrit civic diplomacy buff that gives you the +10% run speed (the noble interview parley, iirc) SPAMS the heck out of your combat log. Every three seconds, it gives a message telling you that it just reapplied the buff (forget what the text message is exactly). It's not game breaking, but I would imagine that it causes some performance issues (however slight). If nothing else, it's annoying http://www.vgtact.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
