Just tried to make a Cavalier's Jagged Hammer of Striking today, got it to Grade A, 86%, and it came out as Misshappen metal... Polished Haft was Grade A, and I used the 0pt attach action.

VERY frustrating to think something is fixed and waste a lot of plat to find out it isn't

Just found the problem with this and fixed it. Was affecting a few recipes.
