Currently on Test, Shani Umbertroe in New Targonor offers a work order called Decorative Chips. It makes 3 Colored Stone Chips.

Problem is, it requires you to turn in 3 Stone Marbles.

You lose faction with the New Targonor Trading Company for abandoning this impossible-to-fulfill work order. Not good.
