Leather hand wraps not able to upgrade - Vanguard Crafters ************* (Silius)

I tried to upgrade 2 different tiers or leather handwraps tonite from uncommon to rare and both are broken. Appears in the last patch all the LW weapon upgrades are now broken. When you check the recipe it tells you that you do not have a weapon to upgrade when clearly you do. I did a /bug in-game but thought I'd post here to get some feedback.

Happen to have a name?
