Bernadir hills, heroic weapons quest changes - Vanguard Servers ************* (Cylus)

That "heroic" bow is the predecessor to the Legendary so shares the same stats; direct comparison probably isn't justified :)

Please read from the very beginning. I never ask for a proc for the bow. I just heard Cylus said stat and proc were added to "bows" thus I wonder if the Purification one is included. I am absolutely satisfied for the reason it does not.

Cylus, tho I am not sure what awareness do but it is intended to miss out on the Purification bow? If a level 40 heroic bow does have +bow/+archery/+awareness why not a 46 heroic bow have them?
