The "Accuracy" on those Feral Leaf legs is "General" Accuracy, which equates to Melee, Spell and Ranged Accuracy, all in one. Needs to be more clear, will mention it to the UI team.
+Accuracy or skill (ie, +Evocation) allows you to reach your "Accuracy" cap easier when it comes to %chance to hit with a spell, melee attack or ranged attack.
