Fellowships got yanked in Beta 5 due to an exploit -- hopefully fixed soon.

Flying Mount quests are in, at least on Test I think. Flying mounts, btw, were never promised for launch until towards the very end. For the majority of pre-Vanguard launch history I refered to them as post-launch.

Death Penalty is a big debate, as others have mentioned. One solution is have it vary by server type. Make a more hard core/RP server or some such and have full CRs? Thoughts?
