All you have to do is click on the song in your song list. That fills in the compose area with the song. You then edit the title, and hit save, and you've got that song with a new name. Then delete your old song, and it's gone.

Not quite as simple as a one step rename, but not hard. :)

When testing, my song names tend to be rather uninspired... Damagesong, Speedsong, Defensesong, Healingsong... I've seen some players who have come up with some creative names, though. Really, the main purpose behind it is to allow you to add some flavor to your character. :)
