Str not increasing damage was broken again, and I'm told it should be fixed in the next patch (assuming it didn't already make it in).

The other thing to remember with dex and crit chance, is that you may end up in a situation where once you can crit enough to keep the refresh timers on your good finishers in progress, strength with it's extra damage may provide more of a bonus than additional crit.
