Anyone find the 'New' faction quests in NT? - Vanguard TACT ************* (doomcookie)

The Foreign Quarter is Remniol district. My apologies, they probably should have been labeled with those names, but if you look at the name as you center a city, each one will have one name on top and then the house they are controlled by underneath. "Knight's Rest", for example, is House Heartsworn, "Black Orchid Forum" is House Hilthorn, "The Foreign Quarter" is House Remniol. But yes, you need at least 250 faction with Heartsworn to get "Common Thieves", and 250 faction with House Remniol to get "Interception Contraband". However, "Improving Standards of Dress" and "Ghost-ese" are both available with House Hilthorn to those who have no faction, "See to Our Guests" and "Unruly Adventurers" are available with House Remniol, and "Deliveries for Caberton" and "Out of Towners" are availabe with House Heartsworn.

Be advised that you will build negative faction with the enemies of a House as you do quests for them, and that "Ghost-ese", "Deliveries for Caberton" and "Unruly Adventurerers" will become unavailable to you if you acrue -100 faction with those Houses.
