Localization (bringing the game to international markets) and maintenance times are continuously being worked on. We do have plans in the works, however, to make it comfortable and convenient as we startup international services for those who intend to play on localized servers once they are available.

As far as specifics and timeframes go we're unfortunately unable to provide any information at this immediate moment about the asian market.
